NATHANIEL HACKMANN is pleased to be making both his role and company debuts with SFLO in the role of Marcello.  Favorite roles include Silvio (Pagliacci), Count (Nozze di Figaro), Schicchi (Gianni Schicchi), and Dandini (La Cenerentola).  He has recently completed the prestigious Merola Opera Program in which he created the role of Raul in Pasatieri's world premiere of Hotel Casablanca and "he made the most of it. Everything came out of him in a flash, from his impetuous vocal lines to the way he whipped out his pistol." (San Francisco Chronicle) His performances were described as "muscular" and "moving." (SFC)  His next appearance locally will be in April as Guglielmo in another company and role debut with Pocket Opera.
