MEAGAN SEARLES TODD, soprano, is delighted to return to the Lyric Opera where she recently sang Lucia (The Rape of Lucretia) and Erste Dame (Die Zauberflöte), a role she debuted with the Livermore Valley Opera.  As a Young Artist with the Ash Lawn Opera Festival and the prestigious Seagle Music Colony Meagan understudied the title role in Madama Butterfly, Valencienne (The Merry Widow), played Graziella (West Side Story), performed Pamina (The Magic Flute) and Val (A Chorus Line).  While an apprentice with Indianapolis Opera she performed on their main stage as Sally (Die Fledermaus), with their Opera Ensemble as Mabel (The Pirates of Penzance) and Geraldine (A Hand of Bridge) and also understudied Violetta (La Traviata) and Mimì (La Bohème).
