JUSTIN NIEHOFF SMITH is an active baritone vocalist.  He holds a Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance from Washington State University, where he was involved with several choral ensembles and opera/musical theater groups.  He has recently completed his Master of Music degree in Vocal Performance at the San Francisco Conservatory of Music.  Mr. Smith feels at home, equally, performing in the opera idiom and on the concert stage.  He has been a soloist in Brahms’ German Requiem and Leonard Bernstein’s Chichester Psalms.  His current opera roles include The Father in Hansel and Gretel, Morales in Carmen, Count Almaviva in Le Nozze di Figaro, and Strauss’s bat, Faulke, in Die Fledermaus.
