GENNADI BADASOV has performed with Oakland Opera, San Francisco Opera, Marin Opera, Donald Pippin's Pocket Opera, The Russian Opera of San Francisco, Opera Nova, Concord Civic Light Opera, and The Co-Opera. In addition to having sung the title role in Rigoletto, Sharpless in Madama Butterfly and Gerard in Andrea Chenier for the Lyric, he has also performed the roles of Count di Luna (Il Trovatore) and Escamillo (Carmen) with Co-Opera. His repertoire includes lead baritone roles from Pagliacci, Eugene Onegin, Aida, Don Carlo, La Traviata, Prince Igor, Un Balo in Maschera, Pikovaya Dama, Lucia di Lammermoor, Don Giovanni and Most Happy Fella.
