DANIEL CILLI is a baritone and a native of Florida. Mr. Cilli’s recent roles include- at West Bay Opera: Lescaut (Manon Lescaut)- with Houston Grand Opera: Yamadori/Imperial Commissioner (Madama Butterfly), the Geographer (The Little Prince), and Bion/Geezer 1 (Lysistrata, Adamo)- at Amarillo Opera: Schaunard (La Bohème)- at the Aspen Music Festival: Legal Counsel (Intermezzo, Strauss)- with Central City Opera: Painter Monk (Le Jongleur de Notre Dame, Massenet), Dr. Engel (The Student Prince, youth performance), Hermann (Les Contes d’Hoffmann), and Tom/John (Face on the Barroom Floor)- with Utah Symphony & Opera: Wagner (Faust), Jake Wallace (La Fanciulla del West), Malatesta (Don Pasquale, tour), Nireno (Giulio Cesare), and as a concert soloist (Messiah).  Upcoming for 2006/2007 at Opera San José: Mercutio (Romèo et Juliette), Figaro (Il Barbiere di Siviglia), Sharpless (Madama Butterfly).
