ARIELA MORGENSTERN has been gaining recognition steadily in operatic, art song, new music and cabaret repertoires. She was the featured soloist in the Carnegie Hall premiere of Imant Raminsh's Symphony of Psalms for orchestra and choir. Some of Ms. Morgenstern's opera credits include West Bay Opera - Jenny (Threepenny Opera), Mastrilla (La Perichole); Pacific Repertory Opera - Dorabella (Cosi fan tutte); Bay Shore Lyric Opera - Carmen (Carmen); and San Francisco Opera Guild - Hansel (Hansel & Gretel). She is a well-known Weill interpreter and performs Weimar and wartime cabaret with Lara Bruckmann and Darla Wigginton in the vocal trio, Girlkulture. Ms. Morgenstern is co-founder, performer and assistant producer of the political comedy troupe, Rococo Risqué which recently won SF Weekly's 'Best Theatre Ensemble' award.
