Cast Biographies

LAURA BRUCKMANN, soprano, has favorite credits which include Fiordiligi (Cosi fan Tutte), Dido, Erste Dame (Die Zauberflöte), Arsena (The Gypsy Baron), Aldonza (Man of La Mancha), Bach's Mass in B-minor, Rossini's Messa di Gloria, and Britten's Rejoice in the Lamb. Her expensive experience with newly composed and 20th Century music has brought her into collaboration with sfSound, Volti, and pianist Eva-Maria Zimmerman to form the duo Chamber-Bridge. Ms. Bruckmann holds degrees from Rice University and the New England Conservatory, and is co-founder and Board Director emeritus of Arts First Oakland.
