Cast Biographies

CAMPBELL VERTESI is an emerging operatic bass, who recently completed his Master's studies at the Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music. Though young, he has already debuted many traditional bass roles, including Sarastro (Die Zauberflote), Doctor Bartolo (Le Nozze di Figaro), Sparafucile (Rigoletto), Colline (La Bohème), and the Commendatore (Don Giovanni). He has sung with various festival and regional opera companies across America, including Cincinnati Opera, the Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra, Dayton Opera, Ashlawn Opera, Central City Opera, and Utah Festival Opera.
